I have always loved Halloween. I gave great parties and would go all out on the costumes. Just a fun time. If you are participating in this (these) great events send me a pic of you in your costume and I will post it here. And you just might get a mug out of it. :)
September 2012 marks the second year of Life On 66. A small achievement for comic-dom but one that I am proud of. If you include my other strips I had (My Three Pups and Blue Number 7) this will be my 4th year of online cartooning. And again in the comic world this is small potatoes, but when you figure I am fulfilling a childhood dream, well, this is monumental. So sit back and enjoy the ride. I am. :)
Every now and then something comes along to take your breath away. This is a now moment. I drew a cartoon for Aug. 17, 2012 showing the fun at Putnam Museum in Davenport, Iowa. If you live in the QC area and have never been to the Putnam you are missing so much. If you are planning a trip to the QC area for one of the many events we have here I strongly invite you to visit the Putnam to take in all it offers. Anyway, the kind people at the museum saw the cartoon and asked me if they could put it on their Facebook page. Of course I immediately said yes. I did not know that they were going to make it their banner. What an honor. I now invite you to visit them in person and their Facebook page. :)
